Our Goals

To foster wellness such that we grow to not require a formal support group.

This is achievable through the cultivation of the above skills, coping strategies, and education such that people are able to manage their personal mental wellness.

Wellness does not mean having no symptoms, but rather having the ability to cope with them and lead a functional and productive life.

Young Minds

Young Minds is a support group for young people aged 16 - 35 who are living with a mental illness.

Group meets every Wednesday from 2:15pm to 3:30pm.
